For each additional person, we charge € 39 per night.
The local tax is € 4.90 per person per night.
A one-time final cleaning fee of € 69 applies.
Pets are welcome and cost € 20 per day.
Children receive a 50% discount up to 2 years of age and a 20% discount up to 17 years of age.

From 3 p.m. – this gives us enough time to prepare your accommodation.

By 10:00 a.m. – we kindly request that you depart on time so that the next guests can be welcomed.

30% of the total amount upon booking, payable within 5 days.

The apartment is ideally located at the entrance to Fulpmes. A grocery store and a bakery, where you can buy fresh bread or enjoy a leisurely breakfast, are just a minute's walk away. The bus stop, from which you can travel directly to the Schlick 2000 and Serles Lifte ski areas as well as the Stubai Glacier, is also just a few minutes' walk away. A free ski bus is available during the ski season.

A reserved parking space is available for you directly in front of the entrance door. The flat is located on the first floor.

There is a private ski room with boot dryer available for your use in the basement.

Starter pack upon arrival at the apartment/room: 2 Nespresso capsules per day, washing-up liquid & tabs, tea towels, bin bags, tea, sugar, towel pack.
